But Gallagher’s technological push for the club’s ticketing has arguably been even more impactful, as Orlando City was one of the leading early adopters of Ticketmaster’s Presence system, a move that has yielded vast amounts of data and the identification of new fans while decreasing fraud and providing a boost in the development of identity-based ticketing.
