KATRINA ADAMS: Communication.

TARA AUGUST: Negotiating.

JUDY BOYD: Multitasking and decisiveness.

JENNIFER CARPER: Making decisions using logic and not emotion. An HR director once told me after taking an assessment test that I should be called Spock because I use no emotion to make business decisions.

MICHELE CARR: Relationship management. Our whole business is based on people skills and trust.

REBECCA CHATMAN: Multitasking. I’m always juggling things, from talent assignments to long-term production planning to an event I’m producing in a week. With all the travel, sometimes it’s tough to keep track of everything, but being able to multitask and knowing how to prioritize tasks makes things easier.
