Game Changers

Game Changers: New Hires

KATRINA ADAMS: Integrity.

TARA AUGUST: Credibility.

JUDY BOYD: Common sense and efficiency.

LIZ DILULLO BROWN: Inherent curiosity and passion to learn the business, not just do the job.

JENNIFER CARPER: The willingness of someone to do any job, no matter how big or how small. If I am willing to take the trash out at an event, so can you.

MICHELE CARR: Energy and humor. We aren’t curing cancer.

REBECCA CHATMAN: Someone who’s willing to do what it takes to get the job done. … With the challenges live television presents, you have to be willing to pitch in and work as a team. Not all of it is glamorous, but it’s a really rewarding experience.

CHRYSA CHIN: Passion and commitment for our players’ well-being.

LAURA CHITTICK: The combination of intellectual curiosity and grit.

LAURA DAY: Someone who has the ability to adapt quickly, has a “can-do” attitude, and is resourceful.

LESLEY ECCLES: Drive. My team must be driven to succeed. Without that drive, you can be as smart and as analytical as you want, but you won’t make things happen.

JAIME FAULKNER: Problem-solving skills. I like really great thinkers, because every day there’s a new problem.

NORA LYNN FINCH: Self-initiative. I like self-starters who can figure out how to get things done without my having to spell out everything.

MORGAN FLATLEY: Curiosity.

SUSAN FULTON: Positive attitude and direct, personal presentation.

DRU HANCOCK: Intelligence and compassion.

AMY HUCHTHAUSEN: Self-awareness.

ANNA ISAACSON: Intense passion for the opportunity at hand.

JODI MARKLEY: Integrity. You want to work with someone you can trust.

JANEY MARKS: Passion for the business.

MARY MCCARTHY: Someone who is inquisitive with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

JAYMEE MESSLER: Confidence, personality and passion.

KELLEY EARNHARDT MILLER: Positive attitude and confidence.

BENITA FITZGERALD MOSLEY: Entrepreneurship: the ability to take ownership of the job and bring fresh ideas on how to take it to the next level.

COURTNEY NALLY: A team player. It’s critical.

ALISON OVERHOLT: Intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.

BETH PARETTA: Passion.

AMY PERKO: The preparation the individual has done to understand the organization’s strengths and needs.

VICKY PICCA: Good judgment.

SHERRI PRIVITERA: A collaborative attitude and positive energy.

SUZANNE SMITH: Somebody who’s passionate.

KAREN SPENCER: Enthusiasm.

KIM STONE: If the person will fit into our company culture.

LORI WARREN: A problem-solving approach.

ERIN WEINBERG: Passion to learn, no matter what age or level.

SUZY WHALEY: Passion, energy, enthusiasm and the ability to be part of a team culture.
