The Atlanta Hawks hired Andrew Saltzman as executive vice president and chief revenue officer and named Andrew Steinberg executive vice president and chief business officer.

The Toronto Raptors promoted Teresa Resch to vice president of basketball operations and player development, and Dan Tolzman to director of player personnel.

Colleges
Northern Illinois University promoted Ryan Sedevie to senior associate athletic director for collegiate advancement and external affairs, and Tim Rice to senior assistant athletic director for revenue generation.

Northern Kentucky University named Jeff Baldwin director of development. Baldwin was major gifts officer at Berea College.

Penn State University named Michael Cross assistant athletic director of new business development. Cross was athletic director at Bradley University.

Oregon State University hired Jeff Keisler as associate athletic director for sales, service and ticket operations and Kimya Massey as senior associate athletic director for student-athlete development. Both come from the University of Central Florida, where Keisler was assistant athletic director for sales and service, and Massey was senior associate athletic director for academic services for student-athletes.

Austin Peay State University hired Ryan Ivey as athletic director. Ivey was athletic director at Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Southern Utah University hired Jason Butikofer as athletic director. Butikofer was senior associate athletic director at Army.

Stanford University hired Lorne Robertson as associate athletic director of compliance services. Robertson was assistant provost for NCAA compliance at Tulane University.

Loyola University New Orleans hired Robert Christe as director of athletic communications. Christe was assistant sports information director and multimedia coordinator at Alma College.

The University of Central Florida promoted Brad Stricklin to executive senior associate athletic director and chief financial officer and John Kvatek to senior associate athletic director for external operations, and hired Matt DiFebo as senior associate athletic director and chief revenue officer.

Facilities
Comcast Spectacor named John Page president of the Wells Fargo Complex and hired Glen Brandeburg as president and chief operating officer of Spectra Venue Management and Spectra Food Services & Hospitality.

Football
The Buffalo Bills hired Marlon Kerner as director of alumni.

The New York Jets promoted Jacqueline Davidson to director of football administration.

Hockey
The New Jersey Devils named Paul Castron director of amateur scouting. Castron was director of amateur scouting with the Columbus Blue Jackets. The team also named Andre Savard and Claude Noel professional scouts.

The Arizona Coyotes named Claude Loiselle hockey operations consultant. Loiselle was vice president and assistant general manager for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Team USA named Dean Lombardi general manager, Paul Holmgren assistant general manager, Brian Burke senior adviser and Jim Johannson director of hockey operations for the 2016 World Cup of Hockey.

Horse Racing
The Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans hired Jason Boulet as racing secretary. Boulet was racing secretary at Evangeline Downs.

Aquarius Sports and Entertainment hired Brandon Rollins as senior coordinator of client services and Andrew Haines as assistant coordinator of client services.

The Norris Sports Group hired Heather Matjasic as a specialist with its college football programs.

Gameface Media hired Mark Coffey as chief revenue officer. Coffey was senior vice president of revenue at Rue La La.

PlayOn! Sports promoted Christopher Young to senior vice president of sales for the NFHS Network and Owen Shull to senior vice president and general manager of PlayOn! Sports Properties.

Sonic Automotive named Bruton Smith executive chairman and Scott Smith chief executive officer.

Comcast Spectacor promoted Dave Scott to president and chief executive officer.

HANAKA
City Sports hired Marty Hanaka as chief executive officer. Hanaka is operating partner of Highland Consumer Fund.

Awards and Boards
Callaway Golf Co. appointed Linda Segre to its board of directors.

The Peach Bowl board of trustees appointed Percy Vaughn chairman. Vaughn is vice president of the Southern region for Kia Motors America.
