Springfield College named Craig Poisson athletic director, effective July 1.

Arizona State University hired Deana Garner Smith as a senior associate athletic director and senior woman administrator. Smith was NFL director of player security services and player engagement education.

Golf
The PGA European Tour hired Keith Pelley as chief executive officer. Pelley was president of Rogers Media.

Hockey
The Pittsburgh Penguins hired Terry Kalna as senior vice president of sales and broadcasting. Kalna was managing director for International Speedway Corp.

Oilers Entertainment Group hired Jeff Harrop as senior vice president of marketing, effective June 1. Harrop was senior marketing director for Molson Coors Canada.

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment promoted David Burke to senior vice president and chief ticketing officer.

Soccer
Orlando City SC Chief Operating Officer Brett Lashbrook resigned.

Sporting Goods and Apparel
Nike named Marc Reeves senior director of Nike+ member services. Reeves was NFL International commercial director.

Repucom hired David Cushnan as global communications manager. Cushnan was editor-in-chief for SportsPro.
