The Colorado Rockies promoted Jill Campbell to vice president of communications and marketing, and hired Warren Miller as director of communications for the team’s newly reorganized communications department.

The Washington Nationals hired Joe Dellwo as director of ticket sales and Mike Carney as senior director of strategy.

Basketball

LOCHMANN
The Phoenix Suns hired Hunter Lochmann as senior vice president of marketing and brand strategy. Lochmann was chief marketing officer for the University of Michigan athletic department.

Colleges
Central Michigan University promoted Krystal Swindlehurst to assistant athletic director for business operations and Robert Wyman to assistant athletic director for communications.

Kent State University promoted Greg Glaus to associate athletic director for academic and compliance services.

The University of Maryland named Don Miller senior associate athletic director of development. Miller was Maryland’s director of recruiting for university relations.

The University of South Florida hired former college football coach Dick Tomey as associate athletic director for sports administration.

Lagardère Unlimited Consulting hired Keegan Pierce as a senior consultant. Pierce was associate director of global admissions at ESADE Business School in Barcelona.

CBSSports.com hired Anthony Mormile as vice president of programming. Mormile was vice president of video strategy for ESPN.

DMi hired Matt Dusenberry as director of NASCAR industry relations. Dusenberry was director of client services for Sports Management Network.

The International Hot Rod Association and IRG Sports + Entertainment hired John Bisci as public and media relations director. Bisci was director of communications for Maple Grove Raceway.

NASCAR named Chad Little managing director of technical inspection/officiating and Elton Sawyer managing director for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

WC Vision named Brian Till race director and chief driver steward for the Pirelli World Challenge.

Dick’s Sporting Goods named Andre Hawaux executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
