Ohio State University hired Brad Bertani as assistant athletic director for compliance. Bertani was associate athletic director for compliance at the University of Tennessee.

Rossetti promoted David Richards to chief operating officer and Matt Taylor to associate.

The Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee named David Rousseau chairman.

The Kansas City Chiefs promoted Kirsten Krug to vice president of human resources and administration.

The Oakland Raiders named Mike Taylor director of public affairs, and hired Zak Gilbert as director of media relations. Gilbert was director of athletic media relations at Colorado State University.

The Century Club of San Diego hired Marty Gorsich as director of sales for the Farmers Insurance Open. Gorsich was corporate partnerships director for the San Diego Sports Commission.

The Columbus Blue Jackets named Patty Konis accounts payable coordinator and Justin Dunn, Dan Swormstedt and Shannon Buckner inside sales representatives.

Rohit Thukral resigned as executive vice president of technology initiatives for Churchill Downs and president of TwinSpires.com.

Team Epic promoted Matt Black to vice president in its Atlanta office and Michelle Miler to vice president in its Chicago office.

Ketchum Sports and Entertainment opened a new office in Brazil, and named Vania Ciorlia executive director for KSE Brazil.

Competitor Group promoted Kurt Hoy to group content director and hired Brian Metzler as editor-in-chief of Competitor Magazine and Competitor.com.

Disney and ESPN Media Networks promoted Christen Harris to vice president of digital video distribution, within the affiliate sales and marketing team, and named Chris Brush senior vice president of affiliate sales and marketing.

ESPN International named Arne Rees vice president of international digital media.

Fox Sports South and SportSouth named Marc LeSage vice president and general sales manager and Meagan Swingle manager of social media and communications. LeSage was vice president of advertising for Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic, and Swingle was public relations manager for the Atlanta Braves.

MLB Network promoted Rob McGlarry to executive vice president.

Sportsman Channel promoted Graig Hale to vice president of business development.

The NHRA hired Kristen Wentzell as director of advertising and promotions. Wentzell was marketing director for the Harlem Globetrotters.

D.C. United hired Ryan Tronovitch as media relations manager. Tronovitch was a regional press secretary for the Republican National Committee.

The Fiesta Bowl named Steve Whiteman, formerly of Viasoft, chairman of the board. Named to the board of directors: John Currie of Kansas State University; Jory Hancock of the University of Arizona College of Fine Arts; Tyler Hanson of eEye Digital Security; Richard Horn of Nautilus; Derek Kerr of US Airways; and Ramiro Peru, UniSource Energy Corp. and WellPoint director.

The Indiana Sports Corp. named Allison Melangton president, effective in September, and named to the board of directors Ed Bonach, JoAnn Brouillette, Jennifer Burk, Adam Horst, Cindy Lucchese, Sandy Searcy and Lee White.

Good Sports named Ari Roitman, Philadelphia Eagles senior vice president of business, to its national advisory board committee.
