Arizona State University hired Rocky Harris as senior associate athletic director for communications. Harris was senior vice president of the Houston Dynamo.

Northern Arizona University athletic director Jim Fallis is leaving the school June 30.

The University of Central Florida named Ryan Eklund director of marketing. Eklund was assistant director of marketing and promotions at UCLA.

The University of Louisiana named Ken Winstead senior associate athletic director and Brian McCann sports information director. Winstead was assistant development director at Colorado State University, and McCann was assistant athletic director of communications at Cleveland State University.

Facilities
ArenaNetwork named Tina Suca vice president of entertainment. Suca was general manager at Nassau Coliseum.

Churchill Downs racetrack promoted Kristin Warfield to vice president of partnerships.

The Green Bay Packers promoted Nicole Ledvina to director of human resources and Aaron Popkey to director of public affairs.

The San Francisco 49ers named Gideon Yu president.

The Asian Tour named Mike Kerr chief executive officer. Kerr was vice president of affiliate and multimedia sales at ESPN Star Sports.

The U.S. Golf Association named Glen Nager president.

ClubCorp named Cathy Harbin vice president of golf resources. Harbin worked for the World Golf Foundation.

Golf Canada named Diane Dunlop-Hebert president.

The ECHL’s San Francisco Bulls named Joe Wagoner chief executive officer. Wagoner was director of business management for the United Football League’s Sacramento Mountain Lions.

The Detroit Red Wings named Stephen Nagrant corporate partnership account executive.

ANC Sports Enterprises promoted Josh Keeler to manager of creative services and hired Justin Hasselkus and Ishita Shah as motion graphics designers.

Mitchell
CSE hired John Mitchell to the newly created position of vice president of digital marketing solutions. Mitchell was chief strategist for Fresh Creative.

Pro Sports Communications hired Rich Nichols to manage its new strategic legal crisis management division.

Strategic Marketing Affiliates named Beth Monnin university services representative and Neil Vandegrift director of licensing. Vandegrift was Indianapolis Motor Speedway Corp. consumer products manager.

CAA Sports hired David Robertson and Nick Perna in the corporate consulting group. Robertson worked at Genesco Sports Enterprises, and Perna was vice president of client services at MKTG Inc.

The Collegiate Licensing Co. named Catherine Gammon senior vice president of brand development. Gammon was a consultant to Coca-Cola.

GMR Marketing named Leo Lederman account manager of the Procter & Gamble account at the agency’s Brazil office.

Learfield Communications named Marty Gausvik chief financial officer. Gausvik was president at MRG Consulting.

Learfield Sports named as account executives Kelly Collyar at the University of Oklahoma, Matt Wrynn at the University of North Carolina, Matt Ryan at the Big Ten Conference and Josh Pell at Southern Illinois University.

Melt hired Sarah Davis as senior event manager. Davis was director of game entertainment and operations for the Atlanta Dream.

Premiere Global Sports hired Peter Rosenberger as vice president of its corporate division. Rosenberger worked in business development at Metro Multimedia.

Media
ESPN promoted Jamie Horowitz to vice president of original programming and production.

Motorsports
The Automobile Racing Club of America promoted Jeff Brehmer to executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Jeff Elliot will manage corporate sponsorships and new business development for the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. He was with motorsports agency Breaking Limits.

The Circuit of the Americas named Ben Cahalane chief sales officer, Danielle Eldridge vice president of corporate partnerships and Tom Schneider vice president of guest services.

Front Row Motorsports hired Robin Johnson as vice president of marketing and business development. Johnson was executive vice president of business development at Roush Fenway Racing.

Speedway Motorsports Inc. promoted Braun Smith to director of business development.

The American Le Mans Series named Brian Skuza business development manager.

NASCAR Driving Experience named Pat Wood executive vice president and chief marketing officer. Wood is vice president of partnership marketing at Street & Smith’s Motorsports Group and Sporting News.

The Baku 2020 Bid Committee named Elkhan Mammadov head of communications. Mammadov is general secretary of the Azerbaijani Football Association.
