Executive Transactions: Infront Appoint Ingolfur Hannesson Strategic Adviser

Infront appointed INGOLFUR HANNESSON as an exclusive strategic adviser focused primarily on future acquisitions and the exploitation of winter sport media rights. For more than a decade Hannesson was director of TV&Radio Sports at RUV in Iceland before joining the European Broadcasting Union, where he ran the winter and indoor sports media rights portfolio for over 16 years (Infront). ... N.Y.-based consulting and exec search firm Sucherman Group named SIMON POLLOCK to the newly-created position of Managing Dir Int'l and CHARLES GOULD to the newly-created position of Managing Dir/Sports. Pollock will be based in London, while Gould will be based in N.Y. (Sucherman Group).
