Monaco Partners With Fashion Brand Philipp Plein For Three Years

Ligue 1 side Monaco partnered with German design brand Philipp Plein, which becomes the club’s official fashion partner for three years, according to L’ÉQUIPE. It is a first for Philipp Plein, “which will design outfits for the players and staff.” The brand has not unveiled any designs yet. More football clubs have been partnering with fashion brands recently to design “traditional suits” for players after matches, including Paris St. Germain with Hugo Boss, AC Milan with Diesel and the French national team with Francesco Smalto (L’ÉQUIPE, 6/18).

ESPORTS: Monaco signed Gran Turismo racer Enzo Philippau to its esports team. Monaco becomes the first football club to have a sim racing team. The club also brought on Thomas Masnière as sim racing coordinator for its esports arm (Monaco).
