Ferrari Formula 1 Reveals All-Red Car For '18 Season

Ferrari Formula 1 revealed its new car that it hopes "in the hands of" drivers Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Räikkönen "can end Mercedes' dominance" of F1, according to Dan Ripley of the London DAILY MAIL. The Scuderia launched the '18 challenger, named the SF71H, at the team's Maranello base on Thursday. The car features "minimal white branding" following the end of an eight-year sponsorship agreement with Santander. Notable features include a red halo with a Ferrari logo placed on the center of it and a "longer wheelbase than its predecessor" (DAILY MAIL, 2/22). SKY SPORTS reported Räikkönen said, "It looks nice and usually when it looks nice there is speed also" (SKY SPORTS, 2/22).
