Marketplace Roundup: Man City Extend Deal With Nexen Tire For EFL Cup Matches

Man City extended its partnership with Nexen Tire throughout the EFL Cup. As the official sleeve partner of the club, Nexen Tire's logo will continue to be featured on the left sleeve of the player's kits worn during the EFL Cup. Nexen Tire extended its multi-year partnership with Man City in March, becoming the first official sleeve partner in the Premier League (Nexen Tire). 

French Professional Football League (LFP) Dir, Commercial & Marketing Olivier Jaubert announced Umbro as an official supplier to the Coupe de la Ligue. Starting this week, the competition will play with Umbro balls. Umbro replaces Hungaria, which signed a partnership as the ball supplier in '15 but “ran into difficulties supplying balls for the LFP” (SPORTBUZZ BUSINESS, 10/23).

Local company Bella Properties teamed up with the Scunthorpe United Trust to "get behind a growing Football League initiative and provide much needed support with travel and the funding of the course." The company's logo will be featured on the League One side's match kit, which will be worn in Futsal league matches and tournaments (SCUNTHORPE TELEGRAPH, 10/23).
