League Notes: RFL Club Catalans Dragons Chair Bernard Guasch Fined, Warned

Rugby Football League club Catalans Dragons Chair Bernard Guasch has been fined and warned by the RFL for his public comments criticizing the referee in the "immediate aftermath of his club's 14-12 home defeat by Huddersfield earlier this month." Guasch was fined £1,000 ($1,600) and warned as to his future conduct. He has "14 days in which to appeal the decision at an independent RFL operational rules tribunal" (PA, 7/27). ...
