MLB announced Monday that CHRIS PARK will lead the day-to-day business of MLB Int'l and will now serve as senior VP of growth, strategy and Int'l. In addition, JIM SMALL has been promoted to Asia Pacific VP, expanding his role in the region. Park will direct MLB's strategy for continuing the sport's global growth. He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Baseball's int'l business initiatives, including MLB's global events, television, sponsorship, licensing, new market development and grassroots development in the sport's non-traditional areas. He also will play a key role in the World Baseball Classic (MLB). ... Former Delhi Police Commissioner NEERAJ KUMAR was, on Monday, "appointed as chief advisor of the Board of Control for Cricket in India’s Anti Corruption & Security Unit" for a term of one year. The decision was taken at the Governing Council Meeting of the Indian Premier League (PTI, 4/20). ...  Infront Sports & Media has appointed ANNE ZHAO as its new managing director of Infront China with immediate effect. MA GUOLI will continue to represent Infront China and contribute valuable experience through his role as chairman of the board. Zhao has held the role as director of finance and administration. Her appointment as managing director follows her successful ad interim leadership over recent months (Infront Sports). 

COACHES/MANAGERSCRAIG HILLIARD, the man who "stepped into the breach" at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games when then head coach ERIC HOLLINGSWORTH was "sent home in disgrace, has been appointed to the Athletics Australia job full time." Hilliard is a "safe, uncontentious appointment and being an Australian working in high performance already, one that enables a faster transition in the job" with the World Championships in August and the Rio Olympics a little more than a year away. Hilliard has been a personal coach to champions including JANA PITTMAN, JAI TAUREMA and JANE FLEMING and has been an athletics coach at the Australian Institute of Sport since '82. He has been senior athletics coach and mentor at AA since '13 (THE AGE, 4/20). ... An official note from Brasileiro side Atlético Paranaense "announced the departure" of coach ENDERSON MOREIRA. The note "did not clarify" if Moreira resigned or was sacked. Moreira coached the club for "a little more than one month" (GAZETA PRESS, 4/20). ... Bundesliga side Hannover 96 has "parted ways" with its coach, TAYFUN KORKUT, two days after a 4-0 defeat by Bayern Leverkusen that "extended their winless run to 13 games." The club added that a new coach "would be appointed before Saturday's league game against Hoffenheim" (REUTERS, 4/20).
