Seven Network Secures Rights To 2016 Rio Paralympics Australia Across All Platforms

The Seven Network, Australia’s most-watched broadcast TV platform, confirmed the signing of an agreement for an all-encompassing coverage of the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games. Seven’s agreement with the Australian Paralympic Committee delivers free broadcast TV and subscription TV rights, and expands beyond TV to Seven’s digital platforms, including online and Hybrid Broadband Broadcast Television. Seven has also secured radio broadcasting rights. Seven will create and deliver coverage of the Paralympic Games in Rio to all Australians on any communications device. Seven will deliver 14 hours a day of live coverage on broadcast TV across the network’s digital broadcast platform (IPC).
