Media Notes: BCCI Extends Deadline For Tender Submission

The Board of Control for Cricket in India "published an Invitation To Tender" for certain media rights relating to the Indian Premier League for the '15, '16 and '17 seasons. Potential bidders "have now been informed that the deadline for acquiring the ITT document is extended" to  Feb. 9. Subsequently, "the last date for submitting bids" stands rescheduled to 12pm on Feb. 10 (INDIAN TELEVISION, 1/28). ... The Int'l Cricket Council, in partnership with Reliance Communications, Wednesday "launched the official World Cup 2015 app, now available for free download from the App Store and Google Play." The app "will have unique features and has been designed to enhance user experience of the World Cup" (IANS, 1/28).

TNT’s Stan Van Gundy, ESPN’s Tim Reed, NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft
