Handball Bundesliga (HBL) side Rhein-Neckar Löwen Manging Dir THORSTEN STORM has reached a mutual agreement with the club's board of directors to terminate his contract, which was set to run until June 30, at the end of August. Storm, who has been with the club since '07, signed a contract with league rival THW Kiel. Storm will be replaced by board member LARS LAMADE, who will take over his new position on Sept. 1 (Rhein-Neckar Löwen). ... Handball Liga Austria has appointed former Telekom Austria CEO BORIS NEMSIC as its new president (KURIER, 8/25). ... PGA Tour VP & Exec Dir of The Presidents Cup MATT KAMIENSKI relocated to Incheon, South Korea to lead the organizational efforts of The Presidents Cup 2015, which will be played in Asia for the first time in its history in Oct. '15. Kamienski served as exec director of the '11 event in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, and the '13 event in Dublin/Columbus, Ohio (PGA Tour).

FROM THE SIDELINES: The coaches of Brasileiro clubs Coritiba and Atletico Paranaense "fell foul of Brazil's managerial merry-go-round." Coritiba's CELSO ROTH "was replaced by MARQUINHOS SANTOS." Atletico Paranaense "parted ways" with coach DORIVA on Sunday. The former Middlesbrough player "won just three times in eight matches" (REUTERS, 8/25). ... Liga MX side Puebla announced that RUBÉN OMAR ROMANO "will not coach the club for the rest of the season." Puebla said that it will "announce his replacement this week, but did not say whether it will have an interim coach" (LA AFICION, 8/24).
