Marketplace Roundup: Hamburg Freezers Renews Sponsorship Deal With Lotto Hamburg

German Hockey League (DEL) club Hamburg Freezers has renewed its sponsorship deal with state lottery Lotto Hamburg until the end of the '14-15 season. The lottery will continue to be the presenting partner of the "Starting Six." Lotto Hamburg's logo will also be featured at two spots on the ice. The lottery has been a partner of the club since '13 (Hamburg Freezers). ... Golf Australia announced that longterm supporter Drummond Golf has expanded its relationship with the company to major partner level. The national retailer is looking to increase participation in the sport through its new position as presenting sponsor of the national Playgolf WEEK program from Nov. 17-23. Drummond Golf will remain a sponsor of the Women's Australian Open as part of its wider relationship with Golf Australia (Golf Australia). ... Premiership Rugby side London Welsh named OPRO as its official mouthguard supplier for the '14-15 Premiership season. OPRO is the largest supplier of custom-fit mouthguards internationally. The deal will also see OPRO as the club’s official match day sponsor for its opening fixture of the season against Exeter Chiefs on Sept. 7 at the Kassam Stadium (London Welsh).

TRAVEL PARTNER: EPL side Aston Villa confirmed that Andalusia has become the club's official tourist destination partner for the '14-15 season. The region in southern Spain is visited by approximately 8 million int'l tourists every year, including around 2.5 million from the U.K. (Aston Villa). ...  EPL side Everton signed a new two-year deal with Coral Interactive, part of Gala Coral Group, to become the club’s official European betting partner (Everton). ... Brasileiro club Corinthians "sealed a sponsorship deal with vehicle tracking and monitoring company Car System." Car System’s logo "will appear on the shoulder of the team’s playing shirt until the end of the year" (SOCCEREX, 8/18).
