Marketplace Roundup: PGA Australia, Coca-Cola Amatil Announce Five-Year Extension

The PGA of Australia and Coca-Cola Amatil announced a five-year extension of their partnership. CAA entered into the Australian golf market beginning in '09 (PGA). ... The Hong Kong Golf Association has appointed Bushnell as its official supplier. Competitors can loan laser rangefinders during HKGA tournaments. The HKGA rules committee allows the use of distance measuring devices in its sanctioned tournaments, except at 6-to-12 age divisions in junior events (HKGA). ... Handball Bundesliga (HBL) club SG Flensburg-Handewitt has extended its sponsorship deal with erotic retail chain Orion for another season. The '14-15 season will mark the 10-year anniversary of the partnership between the club and Orion. The deal includes signage in camera view during home games as well as print and online ads (SG Flensburg-Handewitt). ... Polish Ekstraklasa football club Lechia Gdansk has signed a new kit supply deal with Sport Saller. The deal will start with the '14-15 campaign and run through at least the end of June '16. The deal was brokered by the league's marketing partner Sportfive (Sportfive). ... William Hill "renewed its sponsorship of the Scottish Sprint Cup for the next three years." Subject to fixture list planning approval by the British Horseracing Authority, Britain’s biggest bookmaker is strengthening its sporting sponsorship commitments in Scotland by adding the £100,000 ($170,000) five-furlong race to its portfolio until '17 (EDINBURGH REPORTER, 6/17). ... Sports data provider Sportradar "agreed a deal to serve as the official data partner of the top two football leagues in Slovakia." The multi-year agreement with the Slovak League Clubs Union (ÚLK) and its exclusive marketing representative, UFA Sports Slovakia, "will see Sportradar acquire the exclusive worldwide right to collect, archive and distribute data on the premier division (Fortuna liga) and second division (DOXXbet 2 liga) to the media and bookmakers" (GAMING INTELLIGENCE, 6/18).
