IMG Media To Distribute Soccer United Marketing 2014 Road To Brazil Series

IMG Media is distributing the rights to the Soccer United Marketing 2014 Road to Brazil series, with a projected audience reach in excess of 2.5 billion. In addition, IMG is also providing and managing the host broadcast services for all seven matches. As well as having secured global broadcast distribution for the series across the U.S., Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia, IMG Media also brokered the domestic broadcast rights deal in the U.S. between SUM and beIN Sports. In total, 10 countries are participating in the series, which takes place in cities across the U.S., starting with Honduras against Turkey on May 29 (IMG). Univision Deportes and beIN Sports will be the official TV broadcast partners of the 2014 Road to Brazil series, and ESPN Deportes Radio is the official radio rights broadcaster of the series. Univision Deportes will broadcast four of the games on Univision Deportes Network (UDN), its 24-hour sports network, and one match, reigning World Cup champion Spain vs. El Salvador at FedExField on June 7, on Univision. BeIN Sports will broadcast all seven of the Road to Brazil matches. ESPN Deportes Radio will broadcast five Road to Brazil matches (MLS).
