Second Bundesliga club 1860 Munich revealed on Friday that it parted ways with Sports Dir FLORIAN HINTERBERGER. The 55-year-old was released with immediate effect (1860 Munich). ... Liga MX side Morelia coach EDUARDO DE LA TORRE "stepped down from his position and was replaced on an interim basis by ROBERTO HERNÁNDEZ." The club said that it had "already started considering its options for a new coach, but did not specify when a permanent replacement will be named" (EFE, 3/2). ... Infront Sports & Media has appointed WINSTON ZHENG as the new managing director of Infront China. Zheng is to take over all operational duties as managing director of Infront China from MA GUOLI with immediate effect. Guoli is stepping up to become chair of the Infront China Board (Infront). ... The Int'l Tennis Federation announced that KENNY MACLEOD will join the ITF as exec director of commercial. He will head-up the ITF’s Commercial Department of seven that concentrates on the ITF’s sponsorship and TV portfolio. MacLeod comes to the ITF from the Scottish FA, where he was commercial and marketing director from '09 as well as global performance consultant for FIFA from '12 (ITF). ... Former Olympic Silver Medalist and London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic bid Vice-Chair ALAN PASCOE "is stepping down from his role as president of sports and entertainment marketing agency CSM" (PR WEEK, 2/28). ... MP & Silva appointed Country Dir JAMMIE CHEN to head the Taiwan market. ANTHONY YU was named exec producer to oversee the office's sports production initiatives (MP & Silva).
