Football Notes: ManU Announces 2014 Preseason Tour Will Take Place In the U.S.

ManU announced that its '14 preseason tour will take place in the U.S. The team will visit a number of destinations in the country as it looks to prepare for the '14-15 season. Full details of the preseason tour will be announced in the coming weeks (ManU). ... The Union of Central American Football (UNCAF) announced plans on Tuesday to move the Copa Centroamericana to the U.S. The venue selection is ongoing with the site or sites for the tournament announced at a later date. UNCAF's decision to move the tournament to the U.S. and schedule it during the September int'l window is an attempt to create a more competitive tournament (UNCAF).
