Old Faces, New Owners For Poland's Legia Warsaw As ITI Group Sells Club
Poland's ITI Group has sold Ekstraklasa side Legia Warsaw to club CEO Boguslaw Lesnodorski and business partner Dariusz Mioduski, according to Jaroslaw Adamowski of INSIDE WORLD FOOTBALL. Under the deal, Mioduski, who previously served as member of Legia's supervisory board, "acquired a 80% stake in the club." Lesnodorski "acquired 20% of the shares." In a statement, Legia said, "The sides of the transactions have agreed that they will not disclose the value and terms of the contract" (INSIDE WORLD FOOTBALL, 1/13).
