European Professional Football Leagues President FRÉDÉRIC THIRIEZ "has been confirmed to lead the organization for another three years." Thiriez has been the acting president of the EPFL since May (L'EQUIPE, 10/25). ... CHRIS KIWOMYA "has left his post as manager" of League One side Notts County "by mutual consent." Kiwomya joined County in Feb. '12 as its development squad manager and has been in charge of the first team since February following the departure of KEITH CURLE (London DAILY MAIL, 10/27). ... IMG Reliance announced the appointment of KO-ICHIRO KATO, former head of competitions, Brazil office, FIFA 2014 World Cup and FIFA head of club World Cups ('05-10), as tournament operations consultant for the Indian Super League. It is the second hiring on the administrative side of Indian Super League following the appointment of GREG GILLIN, a Wembley Stadium expert and senior director, National Stadium Singapore Sports Hub, as the pitch consultant. Former Liverpool player KENNY DALGLISH will soon be coaching one of the eight franchise teams in the Indian Super League (IMG-Reliance). ... The Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (JADCO) has appointed CAREY BROWN as new exec director three days before the start of a World Anti-Doping Agency audit of its operation. An email from the Prime Minister's office read, "Brown joins JADCO from the Ministry of Youth and Culture where he has served as Director of Corporate Planning and Performance Monitoring" (REUTERS, 10/26)
