Timeline Television has recruited SIMON LITTLER "to head up its operations team at BT Sport's new production hub" in the former Olympic Int'l Broadcast Centre at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Littler will be responsible for a five-year managed services contract with BT Sport "to run and operate its technical facilities." As well as managing the technology deployment, "he will recruit and lead 70 full time staff and a large pool of freelancers including studio crew, post-production staff, engineering support and logistics." Prior to joining Timeline Television, Littler "was head of production development at Dock10 in MediaCityUK, Salford" (RAPID TV NEWS, 8/14).
