Wimbledon Champion Andy Murray Expected To Leap To No. 2 On Tennis Rich List By '18

Andy Murray is predicted to become the world's second wealthiest tennis player by '18, from his current ranking at seventh, following his historic inaugural win at Wimbledon on Sunday. Wealth-X, the ultra high net worth intelligence firm, estimates that Murray will increase his future earnings by nearly four-fold to $160M through prize money and endorsements, propelling him into second place after Maria Sharapova and ahead of Novak Djokovic. Wealth-X CEO Mykolas D. Rambus, "If he keeps on his winning trajectory, we estimate the value of Brand Murray to rise significantly.
