Following the stadium's renovation, "the stadium will be stunning on the outside and pure business on the inside." Real expects to earn an additional €120M ($160M) per year "by squeezing the most out of the new and improved Bernabéu." Real Madrid calculates €60M ($80M) from the leasing areas of the stadium and a "similar amount in other types of business activity."
