F1 World Champion Sebastian Vettel Talks About Possible Retirement, Leaving Red Bull

Red Bull driver SEBASTIAN VETTEL "has made mysterious statements regarding his future in F1," according to Norman Fischer of MOTORSPORT TOTAL. Vettel said, "Maybe I won't be driving anymore because I don't feel like it in five years. Maybe I'm driving for another team because I'm looking for a different challenge in five years. Every human being continues to evolve over the years, priorities are shifting. " However, Vettel added, "At the moment, I'm very happy and I can't imagine driving for someone else. The car is fast and the team is good -- I currently don't see any reason to leave. But that doesn't mean that I will stay forever." Whatever his future may be, the 25-year-old three-time world champion "has plenty of time to continue his success in F1" (MOTORSPORT TOTAL, 6/2)
