Smoking could soon be banned in sports stadiums in Italy if "the interior ministry has its way." Plans are in the works to "introduce a smoking ban for the '13-14 season at facilities where professional leagues play" (ANSA.it, 9/27). ... Excavator manufacturer JCB opened a £60M ($97.3M) factory in Brazil to build on strong Olympic demand.
