German pay-TV channel Sport1+ "extended its broadcasting rights deal with the NFL for another season," according to Manuel Weis of QUOTENMETER.de. Sport1+ started its '12 NFL coverage Wednesday with the league's season opening game between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants. Sport1+ "will show up to three games per game day plus the Monday night game." This means Sport1+ will live broadcast "about 68 games during the regular season."
