Bundesliga Club Bayern Munich Teams Up With Swiss Watchmaker Hublot

Bundesliga club Bayern Munich teamed up with Swiss watchmaker Hublot and launched a limited watch in Bayern Munich design. The watch, called King Power FC Bayern Munich, was unveiled during a ceremony attended by Hublot Chair Jean-Claude Biver and a number of FC Bayern luminaries such as Exec Board Member Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and FC Bayern players, including Frank Ribery, Jérôme Boateng, Daniel van Buyten, Luiz Gustavo, Emre Can, Xherdan Shaqiri and Claudio Pizarro. The King Power FC Bayern Munich is limited to 200 numbered pieces. This is the second time Hublot has teamed up with one of Europe's top football clubs. In '11, the company produced a limited-edition watch in collaboration with EPL club ManU (Hublot).

AROUND THE BUNDESLIGA: Bundesliga club FC Nuremberg signed an exclusive sponsorship deal with local fashion house Wöhrl. The deal includes regional and national ad rights as well as the title as official outfitter of FC Nuremberg. In addition, Wöhrl will provide outfits for the club's first team, its coaching staff and supporting staff.  The deal was brokered by sports marketing agency Sportfive (FC Nuremberg). ... Bundesliga club Fortuna Dusseldorf expanded its sponsorship with private brewery Frankenheim Alt. The brewery, which is owned by the Warsteiner Group, has been a partner of the club since the '03-04 season. This season, the Warsteiner Group's main beer brand "Warsteiner" will become a new premium partner of Fortuna Dusseldorf (Fortuna Dusseldorf). ... Bundesliga club FSV Mainz 05 and U.S.-based grill manufacturer Weber extended their partnership for another year. Weber, which has been a partner of the club since '07, will expand its sponsorship with two cam carpets in camera view and ads on the team benches as well as on the press conference backboards (FSV Mainz 05). ... Second Bundesliga club FSV Frankfurt extended its sponsorship deal with loan company easyCredit for another year. The company, which is part of the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken Financial Group, receives ad space on boards in camera view (FSV Frankfurt).
