UEFA Bans Macedonian Club Rabotnicki After Two Players Test Positive For Doping

UEFA has handed Macedonian clud Rabotnicki "a suspended four-year ban from continental competitions" after two of their players tested positive for doping, according to the AFP. The team was also handed a €30,000 ($37,413) fine after Milovan Petrovic and Dino Najdoski "tested positive for banned substances" following their 6-0 loss to Serie A side Lazio in a Europa League play-off match last season. Both players "have been suspended for one year each" (AFP, 8/21).
