UEFA has awarded free-to-air media rights in Armenia for the '12-15 Champions League to Armenia TV. Public broadcaster Armenia TV will broadcast one live match each matchnight, as well as a weekly highlights program. All rights have been granted on a platform-neutral basis, with the rights also being exploited on the Internet and on mobile (UEFA).

BACK ON BEEB: BBC Cymru Wales has agreed to a two-year deal for the rights to show highlights of all Wales home football games. It marks the first time Wales int'l football will return to BBC Cymru Wales TV in eight years. The programs will also be live on the BBC sport website. Wales' friendly against Bosnia-Hercegovina on Aug. 15 will be the first match shown, followed by the 2014 World Cup qualifiers against Croatia, Serbia, Scotland and Macedonia (BBC, 7/9).

DOUBLE YOUR PLEASURE: Mediaset and Sky Italia will offer Champions League and Europa League football coverage to their pay-TV subscribers following a deal over the exchange of rights acquired separately from UEFA. Both pay-TV operators will now offer coverage of the matches featuring Italian teams in the two tournaments over the next two seasons (ADVANCED-TELEVISION.com, 7/9).
