Fanatics Strikes Deal With Colts For Retail, E-commerce, Mobile

Fanatics has landed its eighth omnichannel deal with an NFL team, completing a 10-year contract with the Colts under which it will handle mobile, e-commerce and traditional retail for the team. Fanatics was the team’s e-commerce provider for the past year. Lids, which is based in Indianapolis, had run the Colts' retail operations. Under the new deal, Fanatics also will oversee the Colts Pro Shop at Lucas Oil Stadium, kiosks throughout the venue and the team’s traveling pro shops. Fanatics also administers the league’s NFLShop.com site, and has similar omnichannel agreements with the Cardinals, Falcons, Jaguars, 49ers, Saints, Buccaneers and Redskins.
