Twitter Streaming ESPN Feed Of AL Wild Card First Half Inning

Twitter tonight will stream ESPN’s coverage of the top of the first inning for the Rays-A’s AL Wild Card game. The live stream will originate from ESPN’s main handle (@ESPN). It also will be shared by other ESPN and network talent accounts, as well as the league’s handle (@MLB) during that half inning. Any metrics from the Twitter stream (average minute audience) are not likely to be counted in the game’s final viewership figures. ESPN2 also is carrying a “Statcast” version of the full Wild Card game tonight. Viewers on Twitter will see the main ESPN feed with Matt Vasgersian, Jessica Mendoza and Alex Rodriguez.
