Lincicome, Branson Star In Golf-Themed TV Spot For CME Group
Financial services brand CME Group is launching a new 30-second TV spot starring golfer Brittany Lincicome and Virgin Group Chair Richard Branson. In the ad, Lincicome stands on a roof in N.Y. and hits golf balls, which are then found by surprised New Yorkers. A voice-over explains how opportunities sometimes "just drop in." The spot was developed by CME in conjunction with VSA Partners, and the media plan was developed in conjunction with ID Media Worldwide. The spot is part of a larger global campaign launched in March '11. A 15-second version of the ad also will air. CME is title sponsor of the season-ending LPGA tournament beginning Nov. 21 (THE DAILY).
