CBS' Super Bowl Pregame Show Not Planning To Address Marino Issue

CBS is not planning to address a controversy involving studio analyst Dan Marino during the network's Super Bowl XLVII pregame show, CBS Sports Group Chair Sean McManus told THE DAILY Thursday. When asked if Marino would talk about an out-of-wedlock child he had with a production assistant, McManus said, "I think not, but that decision hasn't been made. Dan has made his statement, and I think that, as far as we're concerned, is all that CBS will be saying about it." The N.Y. Post first reported the story, including a statement from Marino in which he acknowledged the child.
