In Las Vegas, Richard Velotta reports the city's Convention & Visitors Authority has "extended a sponsorship agreement" with Las Vegas Motor Speedway to "keep two NASCAR races a year at the track" through '31. BOD members "unanimously approved the contract that was set to expire" in '24. But the LVCVA is "scaling back the annual sponsorship amount" that had been $2.5M a year. Under the new terms, the value "will be reduced to $750,000" in '21, $1.625M in '22 and $1.75M in subsequent years (LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL, 11/11). 

NEW SWISS MISS: Venus Williams will endorse K-Swiss and "appear in a new global brand campaign, 'Club K-Swiss,' where she will be the face of the brand." In addition to "becoming a brand ambassador, Williams helped codesign a limited-edition footwear and apparel collection with K-Swiss and her fashion-forward activewear line and lifestyle brand, EleVen." The 12-piece capsule collection launches today on kswiss.com. Williams said that she plans to wear the K-Swiss x EleVen by Venus Williams collection "while competing in tennis tournaments" (WWD.com, 11/11).

COMING SOON: The first athletic shoes co-designed by Lakers F Kyle Kuzma "will be hitting the market soon." The Puma All-Pro Kuzma Mid is "scheduled to be released Nov. 27," but Kuzma "gave fans a sneak peak this week." Kuzma, who is from Flint, Mich., signed a five-year deal with Puma last fall (MLIVE.com, 11/10).
