Nearly three years after his "late-night run-in with police officers," Bucks G STERLING BROWN has "reached a $750,000 settlement agreement in his civil rights lawsuit against the city of Milwaukee." Brown authorized his lawyer to "sign the settlement agreement Friday after initially rejecting a $400,000 offer" in October '19. On Jan. 26, 2018, Brown alleged that Milwaukee officers "targeted him outside a Walgreens store because he is Black." They used a stun gun when he "didn't immediately remove his hands from his pockets, as ordered, while waiting for a parking citation" (ESPN.com, 11/10).

SHAQUILLE O'NEAL broke ground yesterday on "new and refurbished basketball courts for kids" staying at the Harbor House domestic violence shelter in Orlando. O'Neal had the support of Pepsi Stronger Together, the Magic and Orange County and Orlando law enforcement (ORLANDO SENTINEL, 11/10)....The Cavaliers are "offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person or people responsible for the shooting death of 37-year-old ERICKA WEEMS" earlier this month in Akron. She was the sister of Cavs Scouting Dir BRANDON WEEMS, who also is a friend of LEBRON JAMES (Cleveland PLAIN DEALER, 11/10)....UFC HOFer MICHAEL BISPING has been "set to lead 'The Journeyman,' an adaptation of British author MARK TURLEY's book 'Journeymen.'" Bisping will play Kenny 'The Beat' Breen, a journeyman boxer with neurological damage, who continues his career. DAX PHELAN is "directing the movie, which will shoot in the UK" (DEADLINE.com, 11/9).
