Tom Brady Signs Deal With Fanatics Authentics, Takes TB12 To IMG

Fanatics has announced an exclusive long-term partnership with Buccaneers QB Tom Brady, who will join its roster of athletes housed under the company’s memorabilia and collectibles division, Fanatics Authentic. Fanatics will become the sole distributor of Brady’s full assortment of autographs, collectibles and memorabilia, which will feature a significantly expanded collection of Buccaneers products such as footballs, helmets and jerseys. Brady was a key part of the All In Challenge, the charitable effort sparked by Fanatics Exec Chair Michael Rubin. Meanwhile, Brady’s health and wellness brand TB12 has struck a deal for IMG to lead its first foray into licensing, with plans to develop a line of branded nutritional products, fitness equipment, digital programming and retail partnerships. TB12 CEO John Burns said the deal will “further democratize” founders Brady and Alex Guerrero’s principles, with the goal of becoming “the world’s most trusted authority on health and wellness.” Brady and Guerrero founded the brand in '13 and currently offer training and treatment at locations in Boston, Foxboro and Tampa, along with books and digital media. IMG Dir of Licensing & Brand Development Brett Weiss will lead the project.
