Rams Give New Tequila Partner 1800 Brand Its First Shot In NFL

The Rams have signed Proximo Spirts’ 1800 Tequila brand as their official tequila, the liquor's first foray into pro football. Activations will include a Twitter and Instagram sweepstakes with Rams fan shop credits as prizes, a contest to win an at-home tailgate party provided by the food truck Mariscos Jalisco, digital signage during games at SoFi Stadium and a custom cocktail recipe, the 1800 LA Rita. Terms were not disclosed. 1800 replaces Casa Mexico tequila, which had a limited deal at L.A. Memorial Coliseum last year. 1800 joins Nine Banded Whiskey as the team’s other current spirits deal.
