He has an office "within the team's facility" and works not only with Brady and Buccaneers TE ROB GRONKOWSKI, but a "host of other players as well on a daily basis." LEGAL ISSUES: The NCAA "filed a motion to dismiss a federal antitrust lawsuit" by Univ. of Oregon women's basketball player SEDONA PRINCE and Arizona State swimmer GRANT HOUSE that "seeks damages related to the use of their name, image and likeness." In a 28-page filing in the North District of California on Friday, lawyers for the NCAA "argue the lawsuits brought by Prince and House, which sought unspecified damages for television revenue and social media earnings ... should be dismissed with prejudice." One of the "primary tenets of the NCAA's argument for a dismissal of the Prince case is that college athletes 'have no cognizable NIL rights in game broadcasts' and therefore cannot seek damages based on a share of television rights revenues generated by the NCAA or the Power 5 conferences, which are co-defendants" (Portland OREGONIAN, 9/13)....The attorneys for former Angels clubhouse attendant BRIAN HARKINS, who was fired earlier this year, have "filed a complaint in Orange County Superior Court, alleging that their client was unfairly depicted as 'a scapegoat' in Major League Baseball's efforts to curb the use of foreign substances" (ESPN.com, 9/13).

NAMES: PEYTON MANNING is "endowing six scholarships" for HBCUs through his Peyback Foundation. Tennessee State and Fisk are the two schools in Tennessee and the other four schools are from Manning's native state of Louisiana and include Grambling State, Southern, Xavier and Dillard (Nashville TENNESSEAN, 9/14)....Pelicans G JOSH GRAY on Saturday "stood on Canal Street and passed out kits of essentials to Lake Charles residents" whom Hurricane Laura displaced. Gray said that he "planned to distribute anywhere between 300 and 500 kits" (NOLA.com, 9/12)....Pro Football HOFer TY LAW's latest business venture is a "partnership with V-One Vodka, which Law wants to market to football fans this fall as they tailgate from home instead of at the stadium" (BOSTON GLOBE, 9/13).
