Robert Kraft Among Sports Execs Supporting Trump's Milken Pardon

PRESIDENT TRUMP yesterday pardoned junk bond investor MICHAEL MILKEN, who was the "face of the insider trading scandals" of the '80s, and among the pardon's supporters was Patriots Owner ROBERT KRAFT, according to Dan Mangan of CNBC.com (2/18). Other supporters of Milken's pardon include: MLS expansion club Sacramento Republic FC Owner RON BURKLE, 76ers co-Owner JOSH HARRIS, Angels Owner ARTE MORENO, Yankees President RANDY LEVINE and Fox Exec Chair RUPERT MURDOCH (THE DAILY). Trump yesterday also pardoned former 49ers Owner and Pro Football HOFer EDDIE DEBARTOLO JR., after a number of Pro Football HOFers "met with Trump at the White House to urge the president" to do so. JERRY RICE, RONNIE LOTT, CHARLES HALEY and JIM BROWN all made the case for DeBartolo to be pardoned (Youngstown VINDICATOR, 2/18).
