The house has "two suites on the main floor that can be used as an owner's suite," and one of them has an "upstairs loft set up as a TV room." The 3,506-square-foot house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and "features a pool, entertainment patio" and guest house. Brown originally purchased the house for $3.375M. He also is selling a mansion in Gibsonia, Penn. (San Jose MERCURY NEWS, 2/7)....Univ. of Arkansas football coach SAM PITTMAN bought a home in Fayetteville that used to belong to former Arkansas men's basketball coach MIKE ANDERSON. Pittman bought the 8,400-square-foot home, built in '13, for $2.5M. The property includes a Mediterranean-style main house, a 1,209-square-foot guest house, a five-car garage and a swimming pool (KATV.com, 2/10).
