Buyers & Sellers: Leslie Alexander Lists San Diego Home For $17.75M

The home has an expansive viewing deck, and the master suite takes up the entire top floorcameron acker

Former Rockets Owner LESLIE ALEXANDER placed his home in San Diego back on the market for $17.75M, up from the $16.4M he was asking in '17. The 9,320-square-foot, three-story contemporary-style home was built in '02 and overlooks 50 feet of oceanfront on La Jolla beach. The home has an "expansive viewing deck" that extends the living space outdoors. The master suite "takes up the entire top floor for a total of three bedrooms and six bathrooms" (L.A. TIMES, 12/16).

L.A. LIVING: Clippers F KAWHI LEONARD bought a 4,280-square-foot penthouse at the Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. Live for $6.725M. A pair of "underground parking spaces were included with the three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence," which had been listed for $6.995M. Building amenities include a "rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center and valet and concierge services" (L.A. TIMES, 12/13)....Rockets G RUSSELL WESTBROOK has put his home in Beverly Hills back on the market for $5.35M. The 4,100-square-foot home features a "second-story balcony and a hedged backyard with a patio and a pool." There are "five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a media room," as well as "sweeping city and ocean views" from the master suite (L.A. TIMES, 12/14).

IN THE BAY: JERRY WEST has sold his home in the Bay Area for $1.585M. The home in the Hayward community features more than 3,500 square feet of "bright interiors," with "four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms." The one-third acre of grounds "contains a covered patio and citrus trees" (L.A. TIMES, 12/17)....Cavaliers assistant coach LINDSAY GOTTLIEB has sold her home in Oakland for $1.9M. The 4,210-square-foot, six-bedroom, four-bath, Mediterranean-style home "features two outdoor decks, a roomy backyard and many other amenities" (San Jose MERCURY NEWS, 12/16).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Stars RW COREY PERRY has sold his home in the Corona Del Mar neighborhood of Newport Beach, Calif., for $6.375M, down $350,000 from its original asking price. The 5,400-square-foot home has an "oceanview master suite" and "four large bedroom suites and a 400-square-foot deck with views of the harbor, ocean and Catalina Island in the distance" (ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER, 12/16)....Former NFLer DASHON GOLDSON is selling his second home in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of L.A. one year after selling his Encino mansion for $6.585M. His Mediterranean-style spot is listed at $1.75M. The two-story home is "about 4,200 square feet with five bedrooms and four bathrooms" (L.A. TIMES, 12/18)....NASCAR HOFer RUSTY WALLACE is selling his home in Linville, N.C., for $1.599M. The single-story home is on three acres and features a "woodsy setting with floor-to-ceiling windows and wraparound decks out back." The 3,500-square-foot home has "four bedrooms and four bathrooms" (L.A. TIMES, 12/18).
