The organization also promoted NWSL Real Monarchs GM DAN EGNER to Technical Dir and named former MLS player TONY BELTRAN Assistant GM (PROSOCCERUSA.com, 12/3).

EXECS: The Royals promoted first base coach MITCH MAIER to Dir of Baseball Operations (Royals)....The MLB Cardinals promoted scout PATRICK ELKINS to the newly-created position of Major League Internal Player Strategist. The team also promoted the following: TONY FERREIRA to Player Development Manager; EMILY WIEBE to Player Development & Performance Manager; and JOSEPH QUEZADA to Int'l Operations Manager (Cardinals)....Learfield IMG College moved ERIK LOWERY from GM of its St. John's sports properties to GM of its VCU Sports Properties (Learfield IMG College).
