Private equity firm Silver Lake named Managing Partners & Dirs EGON DURBAN and GREG MONDRE to the newly created roles of co-CEOs. They will "oversee Silver Lake's day-to-day operations." Managing Partner KEN HAO will become the firm's Chair and "take charge of internal growth initiatives." Durban and Mondre have "been with the firm since its founding" in '99 (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 12/2).

EXECS: Earthquakes CEO and BOD member TOM FOX has "quietly resigned," and the former Gatorade, NBA and Nike marketer will "leave the team before Christmas." Fox has been with the Earthquakes since July '17 (SPORTS BUSINESS JOURNAL, 12/2 issue)....Longtime PGA Tour Chief Commercial Officer TOM WADE "will retire on Dec. 31," stepping down after 26 years with the Tour. Wade has been "involved in virtually all of the tour's sponsorship and other major business initiatives during his nearly three decades on the job." No replacement in title "has been named for Wade" (SPORTS BUSINESS JOURNAL, 12/2 issue)....BSE Global Dir of Communications STUART BRYAN has left the company after five years. Her last day was Nov. 29 (THE DAILY)....Cleveland State AD SCOTT GARRETT has been named to the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission BOT (THE DAILY).
