Endeavor is "shaking up its representation business" by investing in LLOYD BRAUN's Whalerock Industries. Lloyd, who is Founder & CEO of Whalerock, will take over as Endeavor President of Representation & Management. The move "marks a significant change in Endeavor's management operations," as about half a dozen execs who previously reported to Endeavor President MARK SHAPIRO, including WME President ARI GREENBURG, will now report to Braun (L.A. TIMES, 11/8).

EXECS: The Univ. of Cincinnati named Exec VP RYAN HAYS acting AD. The move comes as former AD MIKE BOHN left to take the same role at USC (CINCINNATI ENQUIRER, 11/8)....Winston-Salem State named Kentucky State AD ETIENNE THOMAS to the same position (WINSTON-SALEM JOURNAL, 11/8)....Chick-fil-A College Football HOF CEO DENNIS ADAMOVICH plans to "step down from his post after serving over three years." Adamovich will remain "no later than next April, resigning when his successor is ready to take over" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 11/8)....Delaware North Sportservice named TGI Friday's Senior Dir of Int'l Culinary & Beverage Development KEVIN MILLER VP/Food & Beverage. Miller will report to Sportservice President JAMES TAYLOR....The Single-A South Atlantic League Delmarva Shorebirds named the following: BILLY BLACKWELL Dir of Stadium Operations; BEN VIGLIOROLO Dir of Marketing; and CHRIS BORYSEWICZ and NIKKI MEREDITH Ticket Sales Account Execs. The club also promoted WILL DEBOER to Dir of Broadcasting & Communications and CHIP WOYTOWITZ to Community Relations Manager (Shorebirds).
