Cavaliers GM KOBY ALTMAN has "agreed to a long-term contract extension," according to sources. Altman replaced DAVID GRIFFIN in '17 and signed a three-year deal at that time. He becomes the first GM to receive an extension from Cavs Owner DAN GILBERT since he bought the team in '05 (ESPN.com, 11/1).
