Baseball HOFer JOHN SMOLTZ has listed his suburban Atlanta home on the market for $5.2M. The home is "complete with 10 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, four half-bathrooms and 18,384 square feet in all." The house also features a "large putting green and what appears to be a full-sized golf hole," as well as a "pond for fishing" (DETROIT NEWS, 10/19)....Former MLBer CARL PAVANO has listed his mansion in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., for $2.75M. The 7,341-square-foot home has five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The home, built in '03, is located in a "gated enclave at Mirasol Country Club" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 10/22)....Former NFLer JAY FEELY has sold his lakefront mansion near the Gilbert-Queen Creek border in Arizona for $2.35M. The 7,958-square-foot home in the gated Santan Lakeside Estates community has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and is "located on a 13-acre private lake." The "resort-style backyard includes a heated pool, barbecue area, fire pit and a private covered boat dock" (ARIZONA REPUBLIC, 10/21)....Free agent LB NICK PERRY has sold his home in the Harbor Lights Lake subdivision in Suamico, Wis., for $555,000. The house, built in '03, is a "five-bedroom, three-bath ranch." The 4,264-square-foot house is on 0.6 of an acre (GREEN BAY PRESS-GAZETTE, 10/18).
